Stephanie is a lawyer in the corporate team. She has experience advising businesses, managers and investors on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, investments, management buy-outs, arrangements between shareholders and general corporate governance issues.
Recent work includes advising:
- the shareholders of Kinder Haven Limited on the sale of their 9-site nursery business to Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited;
- Liverpool-based insurance broker Butterworth Spengler on its acquisition of Brunsdon Insurance Services Limited;
- the selling shareholders of RMB Automotive Limited on the sale of the company to Stoneacre Motor Group; and
- on the partial management buy-out of Sukhothai, the Leeds-based Thai casual dining group.
