With an employment specialist from Carson McDowell, we will be looking at pension rights from an employment law perspective, including:

• What duties does an employer have regarding benefits like pensions?
• Are pension rights ever contractual?
• Managing change – past and future
• What if the DC scheme goes wrong? Can employers be blamed?

We will also have our regular legal update looking at the changes affecting pension arrangements since March 2015.
