Gordons Advises OR Technology on Acquisition of Celtic SMR

Gordons has advised Oehm und Rehbein GmbH (OR Technology), a leading manufacturer of X-ray technology and developer of image management systems, on its acquisition of UK-based veterinary and human medicine company Celtic SMR.
A team comprising corporate partners James Fawcett and Amy Pierechod, and corporate solicitor Matt Watson advised OR Technology on the deal.
Based in Rostock, Germany, OR Technology has been a manufacturer of digital X-ray technology and developer of image management systems since 1991 and now has a presence in more than 120 countries.
