Our Data Protection and Employment specialists have developed a toolkit to help you manage employee Data Subject Access Requests from start to finish.
The toolkit includes:
- Training on the laws around DSARs, how to practically deal with requests, and when exemptions may apply.
- A matrix to show the type of HR and employment-related documents which are usually disclosable and where businesses are likely to be able to rely on exemptions.
- A record document for maintaining an audit trail to demonstrate compliance when administering DSARs.
- Guidance on the internal policies and procedures required to demonstrate compliance with data protection laws.
