Paul Joyce

Paul is the head of the Property Disputes team and acts for clients across a broad range of sectors.

He has experience advising on all aspects of commercial property disputes including lease renewals, dilapidations, easements, rights to light, restrictive covenants and adverse possession. He also advises clients regarding residential long leasehold management issues such as service charge disputes, consultation issues and right to manage claims.

Paul enjoys delivering training both internally and externally and has provided training for professional bodies such as RICS. He has also had articles published in the Estates Gazette and is a member of the Property Litigation Association Committee for the North.
