On 11 March 2025 the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’) intervened into the practice of Joseph Daniel Solicitors Ltd formerly of Ground Floor, 59-61 Kingsway, Manchester, M19 2LL (‘Joseph Daniel’).

What does this mean?

If you were a client of Joseph Daniel, they can no longer act for you. You will need to find a new solicitor to act. Gordons are not acting for you. If you need help finding a new solicitor you can search for a new solicitor on the Law Society’s Find a Solicitor site, or you can call the Law Society on 020 7320 5650 Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

What about my documents?

We have been unable to access the documents previously held by Joseph Daniel. Enquiries are ongoing with regards to securing the documents and we will contact clients should we recover a live file in their name.

Joseph Daniel were holding money for me. What should I do?
