Breakfast Seminar: Property Issues – Lease Renewals – 26 September

Come along to a breakfast seminar hosted by Gordons on Tuesday 26 September. This session is aimed at surveyors, asset managers and estate/property managers and will look at recent developments in lease renewals, including:-

A practical review of tactics in unopposed renewals.

Understanding the role of interim rent in getting the right deal.

Reviewing the considerable number of cases decided in the last 2 years which have changed the landscape of unopposed lease renewals, with commentary on the judicial guidance on:

  • the strength of different comparables; and
  • the effect of break rights on valuation.
