We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious commercial contracts lawyer with an entrepreneurial mindset and 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)* to join a vibrant team which has achieved sustained growth over a number of years. Our Commercial team covers general commercial, IT / IP and privacy, all of which the successful candidate would have an opportunity to work within.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting and negotiation a broad range of commercial contracts, and be adept at providing commercially-focused legal advice to a diverse client base. Applicants should demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude; an appetite and aptitude to lead client matters and develop their own client base; and a willingness to mentor and develop junior members of the team.
This role will primarily be based in Leeds with the option of hybrid working.
