The EAT’s (Employment Appeal Tribunal) findings in Carozzi v University of Hertfordshire and another broaden the scope of harassment under the Equality Act 2010.
Significant Changes to employment legislation in 2024
2024 saw many legislative changes, particularly those concerning family-friendly leave. Here, we have a roundup of those we think you should already be aware and which you should be considering implementing in your business.
What to Expect in 2025 for Employment Legislation
There will be more legislative change in April 2025 increasing costs for employers. There will be an annual uplift in Statutory Sick Pay, the annual increase to National Minimum Wage and an increase in National Insurance Contributions.
