Many employers feel their hands are tied and are unable to deal with instances of both short term and long term absences, due to fears about unfair dismissal and discrimination, resulting in inefficiencies. This seminar will provide an overview of the problem and will include strategies, tools and tips to enable employers to deal effectively with absence in whilst at the same time avoiding costly tribunal claims including a “what if” Q&A session.
