Geoffrey Hill & Co – SRA Intervention

On 16 October 2024 the the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’) intervened into the practice of John Cruickshank at Geoffrey Hill & Co of 11 Station Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1AW (‘Geoffrey Hill’).

 

What does this mean?

If you were a client of Geoffrey Hill, they can no longer act for you. You will need to find a new solicitor to act. Gordons are not acting for you. If you need help finding a new solicitor you can search for a new solicitor on the Law Society’s Find a Solicitor site, or you can call the Law Society on 020 7320 5650 Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

 

How do I get my file?

We are collecting all live/ongoing client files previously held by Geoffrey Hill & Co. You can email us at intervention@gordonsllp.com or call us on 0113 227 0398 to check if we are holding your file and tell us where you would like us to send it. If we need any more information from you before sending your file, we will let you know.

 

What about deeds/wills/Lasting Powers of Attorneys (LPAs)/other original documents held at Geoffrey Hill?
