Gordons advises ADComms in its acquisition of Installation Project Services

In early September, a team from Gordons, led by Corporate partner Jonathan Asquez, advised growing communications integration company, ADComms, in its acquisition of Installation Project Services Limited (IPS), a provider of end-to-end integrated communications systems and services within the rail, underground, and government/enterprise sectors. The agreement will see ADComms expand its total solution capability across rail and other critical infrastructure markets, adding Transport for London to its expanding customer base. The acquisition also provides ADComms with both a London base and a nationwide operational and engineering presence with now close to 200 staff. Currently based in Scunthorpe, ADComms is a £20m turnover organisation owned by the Core group of companies.
