Gordons advises insurance broker TL Dallas on acquisition

Gordons has advised Bradford-headquartered insurance broker and risk management company TL Dallas on its acquisition of Marsh Commercial’s Highlands and Islands business in Scotland.
As part of the agreement, TL Dallas has acquired Marsh Commercial’s teams in Elgin, Inverness and Kirkwall, which adds to its existing business in Shetland and the central belt of Scotland, as well as the wider UK.
A team from Gordons comprising Amy Pierechod and Andrew Moore advised TL Dallas on the deal.
