Amy is an experienced corporate and also a partner within the corporate team. Amy has particular expertise in equity funding and frequently advises companies and investors of all sizes and stages. In addition, Amy is passionate about helping female founders gain access to finance and heads up our legal partnership with Lifted Ventures.

- advising the shareholders of Forensic Testing Limited in their sale to Forensic Access Limited, backed by Limerston Capital
- advising the shareholders of Arena Group on the sale of the business to Xerox
In addition to client-facing work, Amy is also the firm’s training principal. This includes overall responsibility for the trainees at our firm. She was nominated in the 2024 Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards as ‘Rainmaker of the Year’.
