George Pegasiou

George specializes in non-contentious construction law and has previously worked in both London and Sydney, advising clients on all types of construction projects including commercial, retail and infrastructure.  Working with developers, major institutional investors, public sector and contractors, insurers and lenders on a diverse range of projects, from shopping centres and office developments to commissioning trains and patrol boats.

His work typically involves drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional team appointments, guarantees and collateral warranties, and advising on procurement routes and the use of standard form contracts such as JCT and NEC.
