Harvey joined Gordons in August 2021 as a Regulatory Solicitor.
He has a growing wealth of experience in providing representation and day-to-day advice on a wide range of regulatory matters including:
- health and safety investigations and prosecutions;
- Trading Standards and local authority investigations;
- product compliance and safety advice (food and consumer law);
- criminal defence representation including road traffic offences;
- environmental compliance and investigations;
- data protection and privacy; and
- licensing and inquests.
Harvey has experience in advising a diverse portfolio of clients including national retailers and construction, manufacturing and logistics businesses. He has a keen interest in product safety and consumer law, and in 2024/25 undertook a secondment at a major national retailer.
Harvey launched and chairs the Gordons sustainability working group.
