Jonathan Jackson

Jonathan specialises in corporate insolvency, corporate restructurings and distressed property transactions.

He has extensive experience acting on behalf of corporate entities on diverse matters including advice to company boards and its directors on issues such as director duties, trading issues and supply chain risk management. Jonathan has advised organisations and a wide range of stakeholders across a variety of sectors including:

• retail and consumer
• automotive
• manufacturing
• health and fitness
• construction
• hospitality

He also specialises in all types of insolvency related procedures such as administrations, liquidations and receiverships working closely with insolvency practitioners on a number of high profile appointments.

Jonathan’s experience also includes advising banks, private equity, asset based lenders, financial institutions and other stakeholders on all aspects of the corporate restructuring and the insolvency process. In addition, he has worked on a number of distressed property transactions advising fixed charge receivers and property agents on commercial and residential deals.
