Lydia joined the commercial property team in 2024.
Lydia has experience advising on a variety of commercial property and residential development matters. She has dealt with acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties for both private and public sector clients.
Lydia acts for commercial landlords and tenants in relation to new lettings and asset management programmes. She has particular expertise within the retail sector having advised various national retailers in relation to units at retail parks, shopping centres and high streets across England and Wales.
