Sarah has particular experience of the industrial and retail sectors and acts for a number of privately owned property companies and established retailers such as AO World PLC, Iceland Foods, Warburtons and Wren Kitchens. Sarah’s recent experience includes:
- Advising a property company on the acquisition, funding, development and onward lettings of 17 industrial units at Phases 1 and 2 Nexus Capitol Park, Barnsley
- Advising a property company on a sizeable sale of its investment portfolio
- Advising retailers on out of town retail acquisitions as part of their expansion programmes
- Advising Iceland on its pre let of 505,000 sq ft of prime logistics space at Omega West in Warrington, and
- Advising Warburtons on its pre let deal for a new state of the art distribution facility at Tritax Symmetry Phase 3.
