Shaun qualified as a solicitor in September 2023 and specialises in banking and corporate law.
Shaun has a wide range of corporate experience, having worked on disposals, acquisitions, private equity matters, joint ventures, group reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance issues. He also has experience in banking and finance matters, having drafted security documents and carried out reviews of security.
Shaun has worked with a wide range of clients including individuals, small and medium sized enterprises, large companies, private equity houses and major banks.
He is a member of the International Bar Association and is keen on supporting foreign businesses establish or expand their presence in the UK.
