Sian has many years’ experience within all aspects of private client work, having started as a legal assistant in 2011 and subsequently qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2020.

Sian specialises in probate work dealing with the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates and works with her clients to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible, during what is often, a very difficult time.

Sian also provides advice on Will writing, registering and administering Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection orders.
