Review of GDPR

The European Commission will undertake its first major review on 25 May 2024. Substantial changes are not expected, however there may be updates to the ePrivacy Directive. If any organisations’ activities fall within GDPR’s territorial scope, it should be prepared to follow developments and consider its potential impact.
