The Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) (England) Regulations 2024

The UK Government published draft regulations (The Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) (England) Regulations 2024) which would prevent anyone from supplying disposable vapes. The regulations are set to come into force on 1 April 2025.
