The Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023

This will allow eligible employed parents whose newborn baby is admitted to neonatal care to take up to 12 weeks of paid leave.
Details of these rights will be set out in separate regulations, but no regulations have been published so far. It is unknown when the regulations will be published and changes brought into effect.
